Summer on this island is never just one thing. From mountain seas of clouds near the Tropic of Cancer to sunset over the salt fields of the smiling south coast, Taiwan is one of the few places where you can escape the heat in the mountains and play in the sea on the same day. In 2026, step into Taiwan’s summer and follow the music on a journey from cool mountains to refreshing shores.
For the first time, the festival presents two flagship concerts: on August 22, the Sea Stage arrives at the Beimen Visitor Center in Tainan, where salt fields and sunset set the scene for music by the sea. On September 12, the Mountain Stage moves to Niu Pu Zai Love Prairie in Chiayi for a soothing concert surrounded by forest, grassland, and starry skies.
